Shaarada K.Sriram : A qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant she is the Managing Director of the Company. Academically she stood All India 10th in CA, gold medallist in ICWA and B.Com. She was the Best Outgoing Student of Stella Maris College and represented India for Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony in New Zealand. She started her career as Funds Manager in Unit Trust of India. Her experience in business affairs coupled with her experience in the abacus business helps her in handling the company.
 
Chitraa Ravindran : She is a graduate in Maths and also holds a B.Ed degree. She has vast experience in training apart from having an excellent attitude towards her students. She was therefore the natural choice to be the "Chief Moderator" of the Company.
